I thought this Freedom Land guide was interesting.

I liked this old ginger tin.

This Paranite friction tape container is awesome.

And I liked this Ranger stamp pad design.

Things I Didn’t Buy 82

I really liked these vintage spice containers.

And this Hektograph tin is awesome.

I liked this abacus box.

I thought this wooden box was interesting—maybe it’s for carrying wine?

Finally, I loved this Norton shelved unit.

Thrifted for $11.25

I got this brand new (tags still on it) H&M button down white shirt for $4. It’s not the most exciting shirt, but it’s a good basic to have.

I do not need more boxes…at all. But they are my weakness. My kryptonite. I got these two slide boxes that feel very 1970s to me.

The large one was $2. It has two levels to it.

The small slide box was $1.50.

I got four silver tins for $1. I thought I could use them for gift boxes if I couldn’t find a reason to use them for myself.

I got a Cuisinart frying pan for $2.

I bought Janet Jackson’s Design of a Decade cd for 25 cents. It had some songs I was missing—like “Nasty” and “What have you done for me lately?”

And I got the My Fair Lady soundtrack for 50 cents. I really like the music—it’s fun and has good lyrics.

Things I Didn’t Buy 58

I loved this Carbolisalve tin. Soooo pretty.

I believe these are milk tops for bottled milk. Very cute.

I thought this carving block was interesting. I believe it’s for pressing a design onto Asian sweets.

Vintage straw packaging. I like it…except for the clown.

I liked the simplicity of this fairy tale book cover.

I really liked this Koffeekit box.

And this menthol tin is super cute.

I liked the fun drawings on this container.

I also liked this graphic vintage mini-switch motor box.

Finally, a Chinese tea tin that was pretty nice.

This Nevr-Dull tin is awesome.

And this Pozzoni’s tin is very beautiful.

I liked the simplicity of this Sure-Cut tin.

And I thought this Velvet tin was interesting.

Finally, a giant-sized Skippy peanut butter container.

Things I Didn’t Buy 43

These two tins are awesome—I love the design and color of both.

I really liked this leather purse and thought about buying it (it was only $3). I liked the stitching design and the chain—it was just so cute. But I knew if I bought it I would probably never use it since I despise moving the items from one purse to another.

This blue glass was adorable—very 1960s.

This serving tray was pretty cute.

And I like these wooden crates.

Thrifted for $4.99

I got a tin and bed sheet for $3.99. This Premium cracker tin is awesome.

I thought I could turn this bed sheet into a pair of culottes. It’s not a color or pattern I would normally wear, but it feels very summery.

And then I got a garlic press and two spice tins for $1.

Things I Didn’t Buy 39

While I thought this tea set was adorable and very retro, I didn’t need it…at all.

I considered buying this cigar box, because you know, I love boxes. But I remained strong and resisted.

This candy tin was nice.

I also liked this sea green box (that I think was meant for playing cards).

This glass jar was pretty cute.
