DIY: Tangram Magnets

I loved tangrams as a child; sometimes I’d played with them by myself while other times I played against an opponent. It’s one of those fun yet educational games (that parents like to give their children) as it helps players think and learn about spatial relations.

I thought I’d create Tangram Magnets that you could place on the refrigerator (and play whenever you wanted).

DIY: Button Magnets

I bought a bag of cheap plastic black and white buttons and thought I could make button magnets with them. Of course if you like your button as-is then all you have to do is glue the button to the magnet; I wasn’t excited about my nondescript buttons so I wanted to dress them up a little bit with color.

DIY: Clothespin Magnet

I impulsively bought a package of clothespins while at a home improvement store, and even though I didn’t have an idea at the time of how I would use them, I knew an idea would eventually come to me. And it did—I ended up having the idea of creating magnets.
